ADSD hosts Austin and Drew talk about the NFL Playoff landscape and particularly the Midwest NFL teams. How good of a shot do the Colts have to make the playoffs? Can the jumbled AFC North get 3 teams out of that division? Is the Lions coaching staff doomed and will the Chicago Bears get back on the right track?

Let me start out by stating that two cornerbacks of the Seattle secondary have been suspended by the NFL for four games for using illegal substances. Both CB’s, Richard Sherman and Brandon Browner are predicted by many NFL analysts to be finalists for the Pro Bowl. However, Bears fans, these two CB’s will be eligible to play on Sunday at Soldier Field because they are appealing the suspensions.

MNF: Monday, November 19th at 8:30pm EST your Chicago Bears are taking on the 49ers at San Fransisco
Can the Bears win without Jay Cutler? We know from last season, the answer was no. Can the 49ers win without Alex Smith? Tonight’s game will tell. Both starting QBs are out because of concussions from last week. That’s right, neither starting QB will be playing in tonight’s Monday Night Football match-up The backup for the Bears is Jason Campbell. The backup for the 49ers is Kaepernick. Jason Campbell has been a starter in the NFL previous to this season, but Kaepernick will be making his NFL debut as a starter.

The Detroit Lions drop to 4-6 after a home loss to the Green Bay Packers 24-20. It was a game full of missed opportunities for the Lions and this game was in their grasp. Detroit folded on their last defense and offensive possessions. Matt Stafford (17-39 266 yds 1 td 2 int) was inconsistent the entire game making errant, inaccurate throws and miss communicating with receivers, particularly Tony Scheffler. Calvin Johnson (5 rec 143 yds 1 td) started slow and Mikel LeShoure (19 rush 84 yds 1 td) had some nice runs, but didn’t look decisive enough.
